💛 July is Sarcoma Awareness Month 💛

Sarcomas are rare and aggressive cancers that develop in bones and soft tissues—like fat, muscle, nerves, and blood vessels.
Some types include:
• Osteosarcoma (bone)
• Liposarcoma (fat)
• Rhabdomyosarcoma (muscle)
• Ewing sarcoma (bone & soft tissue)

Because sarcomas can look like other cancers, they’re sometimes hard to diagnose. Early detection matters!
Let’s raise awareness, support early diagnosis, and stand with those affected. 💪🏽💛

Feeling stiff, sore, or just need a little self-care? 💆🏽‍♀️ Gua sha is an ancient healing technique that may help boost blood flow, reduce inflammation, and ease muscle tension. While research is still growing, many swear by its benefits for pain relief and relaxation.

You can try it at home with a gentle facial tool or book a session with a pro. Gua sha is a simple way to reconnect with your body and feel good again. ✨

Fertility rates are falling—but not always by choice. Many young people want to have children but face major barriers like economic hardship, gender inequality, poor access to healthcare, and climate disruption.

This year’s theme, “Empowering young people to create the families they want in a fair and hopeful world,” highlights the need to support the largest generation of youth in history.

A UNFPA survey found most people wanted more children but were held back by social, economic, or health challenges.
To truly support youth, we must offer more than services—we must give them hope, stability, and the power to plan their future. After all, they’re not just thinking about having children—they’re thinking about the world their children will inherit.

Viola Davis said it best — 'Do not live someone else's life and someone else's idea of what womanhood is. Womanhood is you.'

Your journey, your choices, your truth. Don’t shrink yourself to fit into someone else’s idea of what you should be. You define womanhood on your own terms.

July is Juvenile Arthritis Awareness Month 💙 Most people are surprised to learn that arthritis isn’t just an “old person’s disease.” It can actually affect children — even babies just a few months old.

Juvenile arthritis is a term that covers several types of pediatric rheumatic diseases, including juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA). These conditions cause inflammation in the joints and muscles in kids aged 16 and under, and can impact their daily lives, growth, and development.

Let’s help spread the word and support the little warriors living with these invisible illnesses. ✨
