If you told me a year ago that I’d be teaching and in development, I would have laughed at you. I had a vision for myself that didn’t include being an educator. My how things have changed but my vision remains unchanged. What has changed is the conduit by which I achieve it. Knowledge is not something you can take with you when it’s that time but you can leave it here. I intend to. I am humbled by the opportunities that present themselves now and I embrace every challenge. Special thanks to for having me over the past three weeks and it has been my pleasure to work with the young, intuitive minds there. We, together believe that the future is on its way to being much brighter.

Another day at the office. When they talk about ā€œconsistency,ā€ this is undoubtedly what they refer to. You can easily sleep in or you can show up, do what dedicated do and reap the reward. Remember, when you’re resting, that person you’re watching and wondering why they look the way they look, is working.
That person you’re sure is using supplements, is working.

Consistency, repetition and proper ex*****on is going to be the cornerstone of any properly periodized program. The growth of any body part can be affected by a myriad of factors. Knowing when to add and knowing when to stay is going to be key with resistance profiles (how much weight you use). Regardless of the perfect circumstances, it’s going to be up to you to show up for your goals and get it done.
