The pledge.
A magic trick has 3 acts. The first is called the pledge. This is when you’re shown something seemingly ordinary although it may not be. Today begins with the pledge, the promise, the genesis. As we go along, the intention is to take something ordinary and make it extraordinary. I, of course will do my best to chronicle. 2 liters of water daily, 10 pages of reading and 30-60 mins of cardio daily. Let’s begin
