On Wednesday 12th November the Scouts Association of Trinidad and Tobago hosted an Investiture Ceremony, making the Korean Ambassador, His Excellency Seijoong Kwon our newest Honorary Comissioner.
In my capacity as Chairman of the National board, it was an honor for our organization make embark on such a historic and strategic alignment.
