2 Days. 2 Races. 1 Unstoppable Purpose.

What a weekend! To celebrate International Women’s Day 2026, I took on my 3rd and 4th races of the season. There’s nothing quite like the energy of being surrounded by so many incredible women, all warming up and getting ready to move together.

It wasn't all easy breezes, though! By the time we hit the halfway mark of the second race, the sun was absolutely blazing. It was taxing, it was hot, and there were definitely moments where the hills felt a little steeper than expected.

Every mile is a reminder that we are stronger with every stride. Whether you're running, walking, or just cheering from the sidelines, here's to the strength, resilience, and heart of every woman out there.

How did you celebrate International Women’s Day this year? Let’s keep each other motivated in the comments!

1 in 10 women live with endometriosis, yet it takes an average of 7–10 years to get an accurate diagnosis.

You're healthcare providers are here to close that gap. Knowledge is power, and sharing your story is the first step toward change. Listen to your body and seek help.

If your body is tired, listen to it.

I learned the hard way this week that you can’t outrun a lack of rest, literally! Two 5Ks and a conference later, Monday had other plans for me.

Taking time for relaxation and recovery isn’t just "nice to have," it’s essential. Don’t wait for your body to force a break. Take heed and choose relaxation today for a healthier tomorrow.

Congratulations on your new arrival! While this is an exciting time, it's also a time to be extra mindful of your health.

In this video, Dr. Roshni Bissoondatt discusses the importance of monitoring your blood pressure post-delivery. Even if your blood pressure was normal throughout your pregnancy, it's still possible to develop high blood pressure, pre-eclampsia, or eclampsia after giving birth.

Key Takeaways:
Monitor your blood pressure during the first week after delivery.

Be aware of the signs of pre-eclampsia (high blood pressure with protein in the urine) and eclampsia (seizures).

High blood pressure can occur even if it was normal before.

Contact your doctor immediately if you notice any changes or if your blood pressure is high. Prompt treatment is crucial!

Texture: They may feel soft or firm to the touch.

What are Ge***al Warts?

Ge***al warts are a common sexually transmitted infection (STI) caused by certain strains of HPV. They appear as small, rough lumps around the ge****ls or a**s.

The good news? They are preventable through safe sexual practices. They are also manageable when you seek help from your healthcare provider.
