WELCOME TO VICTORIA NURSING HOME!

Here are some basic rules to follow when visiting your loved one:

At this time we can only allow one visitor per patient. You may be allowed to bring food and drinks to your loved one upon approval from our nurses or doctor in charge. Please be advised that your loved one may be under specific dietary plans during their treatment. This facility is a non-smoking environment. Visitors are kindly reminded to speak quietly and calmly during your visit. Mobile phones should also be set to silent before entering. Management reserves the right to ask a visitor, who is behaving inappropriately, to leave unconditionally from the premises. For safety, children should be supervised at all times during your visit. Nurses and doctors can, at any time, set limits on visitation should it be in the best interest of the patient. Due to our extended visiting hours, keep in mind staff may continue their duties, such as cleaning or patient care, during your visit. Please coorporate with them during your visit. VISITING HOURS
General visiting hours are:

10:30Am to 11:30Am

4:00Pm to 6:00Pm

For some unique cases, arrangements may be made to accommodate visitors outside of normal hours. ENQUIRIES
We understand that there is a level of worry and discomfort you will bear during the stay of your loved one. We are available at all times to facilitate updates on the condition of your loved one. Please feel free to contact us via WhatsApp or a call. Please keep in mind that our staff are working very hard to ensure the comfort and best medical treatment of your loved one and the response will come as quickly as they can manage.
