If you’re:
✔️ Friendly and have excellent time management
✔️ Great at customer service & communication
✔️ Tech-savvy and computer literate
✔️ Skilled in sales & marketing (an asset but not required)

Key Responsibilities:
🌸 Open & close the spa daily, ensuring everything is prepped and ready (lights, wax pots, etc.)
🌸 Answer calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages + confirm appointments
🌸 Receive deliveries, prep orders, and maintain the reception area (including refreshments)
🌸 Light housekeeping duties to keep our spa serene
🌸 Cash out and print daily settlements
🌸 Basic data entry & other tasks to keep operations running smoothly
