When you reach out to us, a Registered Nurse takes you through the entire process of getting the right care for your elderly loved one. It starts with a free consultation, where a Registered Nurse conducts a Needs Assessment. Next, we develop, with you and your loved one, a customized plan of care. Then we make a "comfort match" between your elderly loved one and our Certified Caregiver, making sure they are comfortable with their new caregiver
Once comfortable, our Certified Caregiver delivers professional care with the support of a Registered Nurse through the monitoring of Key Performance Indicators for satisfaction, performance, wellness and peace of mind. QUALITY POLICY

Nice Us Geriatric provides quality elder care services through In-Home Care services and Vocational Training in Geriatric Care. The company has developed its expertise since its establishment in 2016, with management having more than 40 years of combined nursing experience, allowing us to aim to achieve our mission of professionalism and high ethical standards in elder care. Our quality policy is defined and strongly driven by the following objectives -

 Build a mutually trusting relationship with our clients to ensure wellness for our elderly clients, peace of mind for their support system, and job security for the caregiver/candidate.
 Achieve our commitments for quality, professionalism and improvement.
 Drive continual improvement and innovation based upon efficient business processes, internationally accepted health standards and feedback from our valued stakeholders.
 Enhance the competency based education and training of candidates and use best practice in vocational training in this region. The Directors, Management and Staff of Nice Us Geriatric are responsible for Quality Control through the Quality Management System seeking improvement by constant review. We are committed to achieve customer satisfaction by the use of quality procedures under the principles of Total Quality Management (TQM)

Studies support keeping your elderly parents at home

Studies have revealed that the more time you spend with your older parents, especially in quality visits, the more likely they are to live longer, as strong social connections reduce loneliness, which is linked to a higher risk of premature death. Spending time with them can improve their overall well-being, enhance cognitive function and boost their quality of life.

HOW SOCIAL CONNECTION IMPACTS LONGEVITY:

📑Reduces loneliness: Loneliness in older adults is a significant risk factor for functional decline, depression and premature death.

📑Increases lifespan: Studies have shown that frequent social contact from friends and family is a key factor in reducing the risk of death. One study found that people who were never visited by family or friends were 39% more likely to die during the study period compared to those who received monthly visits.

📑Improves health outcomes: Regular social interactions can help improve cognitive abilities, reduce stress and anxiety, and foster a more positive outlook on life.

📑Protects from neurodegenerative diseases: Not only does spending time with your parents heal their loneliness, it also boosts oxytocin production and oxytocin has a protective effect against memory impairments associated with pathological conditions such as Alzheimer’s Disease, which is a significant risk factor for a shorter lifespan.
