🎄 Christmas Recipe Series: Week 7 🍰

Cassava Pone—a sweet, chewy Trinidadian treat perfect for the holidays!

Recipe:
- 2 lbs grated cassava
- 1 cup grated coconut
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 cup evaporated milk
Mix all ingredients, pour into greased pan, and bake at 350°F for 1 hour. Cool and slice.
