Dr. Sasha is a Naturopathic Doctor who can help you achieve optimal health in the most gentle, effective ways possible through natural therapies such as acupuncture, botanical medicine, bodywork, nutrition and lifestyle counselling Modes of treatment:

Sasha completed an intensive programme at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2016 including internships at the Brampton Naturopathic Teaching Clinic and a Pediatric focus shift at the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic. She is registered with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario. She approaches all health concerns from a space of balance and consideration to all four facets of health- mental, emotional, physical and spiritual while diving into the root cause(s) of issues. No one really knows this…

But ever since a car accident a few years back, I’ve struggled with sleep.

My nervous system was always on fire - from the moment I woke up, it never settled long enough for deep rest.

That’s what led me into creating natural health products - magnesium sprays, calming herbal teas, capsules.
I was my own guinea pig, and if something worked on me, I KNEW it was POTENT!

And don’t get me wrong - the sprays, teas, and capsules ...they all do work beautifully.
But there’s more to explore here…

I decided it was time to test it - no herbs, no sprays, nothing. Just me and the meditation.

Within minutes, I fell asleep.

Does magnesium spray work for everyone? Nope. But it works for many people. There is no one-size-fits-all miracle fix for sleep issues but there *is* a method to know what will work for you- beyond trying, seeing and getting overwhelmed
