Eating healthy helps your eyes, but it’s not enough.

Foods like leafy greens, carrots, and fish can slow the progression of some eye diseases, but as Dr. Luces reminds us, there are other factors that can affect your vision.

Getting your eyes tested regularly to detect if there are any underlying issues so you can catch them early and save your vision.
