3. *Rest in the Shade*: Take breaks to avoid overheating and possibly a hat or head covering to stay cool also...helps prevent from things like fainting
4. *Move at Your Pace*: Dance, have a timeeee ✋️but listen to your body and rest when needed. 5. *Listen*: Not only to the music while you wining but please also to your body! Take heed if need be!
