**In Loving Memory: Matron of Cantaro Geriatric Home Ltd. Norma Atherton-Sorzano

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved Matron, Norma Atherton-Sorzano. She dedicated her life to caring for the elderly residents of Cantaro Geriatric Home embodying compassion and kindness every day.

Her legacy will forever live on in the hearts of those whose lives she touched. We extend our heartfelt condolences to her family, friends, and colleagues during this difficult time.

The celebration of her life will be held at Santa Cruz Nazarene Church on Friday 5th July at 10 AM followed by burial at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery, Santa Cruz.

Please be advised that our office will be closed on Friday 5th July, 2024 as we celebrate the life of Norma Atherton-Sorzano.

Definition of a Nurse: a patient, kind, caring trained professional who focuses on the needs of others; a superhero.
This definition defines one of our long-standing employee Mrs. Kathleen Olivier. She has given her very best and more throughout her eleven (11) year employment. Her commitment and dedication hasn’t gone unnoticed. She will truly be missed by the management and staff and more so the patients of Cantaro Geriatic Cantaro Geriatric Home Ltd.

Due to the recent situation with COVID-19, with directives from the Ministry of Health and TTRCA, we at Cantaro Geriatric Home have limited visitation to loved ones except for in the event of an emergency and we are also taking precautions by providing masks and gloves and sanitizer to visitors.
We have to ensure first and foremost that our residence are well taken care of and take preventative measures to ensure that the virus does not spread among them.
