Job description
Working for our organisation based in Tobago, you will be one point of contact for new and potential clients interested in enhancing their quality of life. Your remit will be to provide excellent customer service and to sell our shared residential/assisted living villas for seniors wanting support with personal care in a Caribbean environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is working from home and is organised, astute and driven to play a pivotal role in this journey of improving the lives of seniors./people aged 55+ who possess personal care needs.
This job opportunity will be full- time working Monday - Friday.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
To sell a shared villa's space/occupancy
Building a client-focused relationship with their families/next of kin or their decision-makers, by advancing the lead through a sales process and gaining client's commitment
Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
Gathering market and customer information
Being proactive in finding new sales opportunities and markets
Representing the organisation at events and demonstrations
Assist in the presentation of the villas and services for clients, relatives and their decision-makers.
Negotiating variations in the pricing and discussing clients needs with the registered manager
Advising on forthcoming developments and discussing special promotions
Ensuring good data capture to assist with future marketing campaigns
Log queries and follow up on a regular basis using
Completing booking sheets, coordinating assessments with the registered manager
Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
Regularly reviewing our showrooms against guidelines and room ready checklist.
Overseeing and managing the move-in process with clients, their relatives and review documents to ensure files with relevant paperwork is completed with the organisation's policy and regulations.
Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations
Feeding buying trends back to the employer
