This class is focused on
Survival to Safety: Reclaim Your Body, Rewire Your Mind
Trauma isn’t just something that lives in your thoughts ; it lives in your body. If you’ve been feeling stuck, exhausted, on edge, or battling chronic symptoms despite "doing all the right things," then this class is for you.
When trauma is unresolved, your nervous system stays in survival mode : heart racing, tension rising, digestion slowing, energy draining. This response is not weakness … it’s your body protecting you. But what happens when the danger is long gone and your body still feels unsafe .
This yogatherapy class combines gentle movement, breathwork, nervous system education, and mindfulness to help your body shift from survival into a state of rest, repair, and balance.
This is not just yoga. It’s a guided path to reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and gently invite healing at a cellular level. When the body feels safe, the mind follows.
