My boy been experiencing some pain and feeling a lot of scar tissue build up DEEP in his lats. I had to bring him into our studio to get that extra stretch and reach to help him out with the instrument assisted blades.

Key points: His core had to be tight. Left oblique contracted Spine neutral.
Scar tissue removal was easily done.

Myofascial traction at work!

Remember that Myofascia is the connective tissue that runs through our bodies to provide leverage and supports our bones and muscles. Giving them a tune up every now and then to prevent injury and give yourself ease of any unnecessary pain.

And ofc that satisfying 'pop' in the end lol (may not hear it in the video)

Never the less!
As seen in the picture I was doing a tune up on the left shoulder of .jarel__marley. Being a boxer its only natural for the shoulder muscles primary, secondary and supportive to be under more load. However, it was nothing that some active release, deep tissue work and some tractioning exercises could not of fixed!
