You don’t need to punish your child to teach them.
Not time-outs. Not taking everything away. Not yelling or threatening.
Punishment might stop the behavior in the moment but it doesn’t teach skills.

It doesn’t build trust.
It doesn’t get to the why behind the behavior.

What works better?
