OCD may affect a person's quality of life, their functioning and relationships.

At Therapeutic Spaces our therapists are here to assess your needs and apply evidence-based techniques to cope with OCD.

Anticipatory grief refers to grief that occurs before a loss. The term is often used in relation to death but can encompass the impending loss of things not related to death.

If you are a caregiver anticipating the impending death of a loved one you may go through these stages. The stages are not linear, but you may 'ping-pong' between them.

If you or someone you know is struggling with anticipatory grief talking to a mental health professional with training in bereavement counselling may be helpful.
