Join us for an incredible period of learning and certification with the Ayurveda Holistic Institute, Canada.

In November we have the unique opportunity to be trained by our Ayurveda experts in Marma Therapy and Pulse Reading Level 1
and Level 2.

Marma Therapy addresses specific imbalances and weaknesses in the physiology by restoring the vital flow of energy in the body through 107 marma points.

Ayurveda uses pulse reading as a diagnostic method for determining our dominant constiution and indicating our imbalances.

Not only will we gain an indepth understanding of these subjects but we also have practical components, allowing us to become versed in these techniques.

We are delighted to welcome Dr. Gupta and Mrs. Kamini Gupta and for bringing this ancient knowledge to Trinidad!

This Wednesday we resume our afternoon Healing Circle dedicated to co-creating a space of healing and soul nourishment. The program dedicates one hour to gentle energy practices and a beautiful guided meditation with Sri Vasudeva.

When done regularly, this can lead us to a greater body-mind-soul connection, which brings experiences of great peace and calming relaxation throughout the body and mind, reducing stress and other imbalances we may experience.

Practitioners will also be offering reiki healing to those in need.
