Many Caribbean yards are filled with vibrant hibiscus blooms, beautiful, yes…… but I am not confident it should be consumed.

While some do steep these ornamental petals, there’s little evidence that they offer wellness benefits.

Hibiscus sabdariffa, the one we call roselle or sorrel.
It’s not the flower, but the calyx (that bright red covering around the seed pod) that’s dried and brewed.

When your energy is scattered and your mind is on the many happenings of the day, sip something “Pretty”.

Pretty Cool is our new blend for those moments when you need a mental reset. Whether it’s the weight of your hormones, your to-do list, or the pressure to keep it all together, this one’s for you.

We’ve mixed raspberry leaf, spearmint, hibiscus, rose, lavender, and lemongrass. All caffeine-free herbs and have long been loved by women for their soothing, cooling, and balancing qualities.

Some days just feel off…. your thoughts are all over the place, the to-do list is growing, and your brain just won’t cooperate. 😵‍💫

When I need to clear the mental clutter, these are my go-to teas:
🍃 Green tea when I need calm, steady energy without the crash.
🌿 Peppermint when I want to feel refreshed and recharged (perfect for that post-lunch slump).
🌼 Lemon balm when my thoughts are racing and I need a gentle reset.

Contrary to popular belief, tea (Camellia sinensis) is a natural source of energy, just like coffee, but without the edge.

Both tea and coffee contain caffeine. But what makes tea different is L-theanine, a calming compound found naturally in tea leaves that works with caffeine, not against it.
