Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a powerful meditation practice where you lie down, relax and embrace a state of conscious rest and deep relaxation. You'll be guided in a practice that allows you to release stress, restore balance between mind and body, and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.
If you're feeling stressed or overwhelmed, this is a perfect opportunity to practice some loving kindness to yourself and start working towards easing that anxiety, lifting your mood, and reconnecting with your inner peace.
