最小的孩子跟著我一起做水晶冥想，幾個深呼吸之後，孩子馬上就開始感應能量在腳底流淌，且感受到孔雀石的能量與心輪共振，彷彿心輪殷切地招喚孔雀石的療癒能量。
幾秒鐘後，孩子不解地表示，有一種想哭的感覺。我說，這很正常，你正感覺到愛的能量，當我們被純粹的愛包圍，沒有懷疑、沒有批判而，感覺我們是如此值得地被愛著，那種感覺真的很棒！
配合孩子的專注力縮短冥想時間，我送給孩子一小塊孔雀石滾石，孩子拿起一大一小兩顆滾石，不知道選哪一個。我請孩子分別再透過脈輪感應一下，孩子意外的感知到小塊的滾石能量更溫潤。
第二天再一次做水晶冥想，孩子回饋道，感覺每一次呼吸，水晶能量就會在身體裡運轉、擴張，感覺非常舒服！
孩子對於能量的接受度，真的有比大人快而直接。孔雀石對應心輪和太陽神經叢，有幫助孩子穩定情緒、建立自信，並且點燃對生活/生命的熱情，正好是孩子目前最需要的能量和指引。
The youngest child joined me for a crystal meditation session. After a few deep breaths, the child immediately began to feel the energy flowing beneath his feet and sensed the resonance between the energy of the malachite and his heart chakra, as if the heart chakra was eagerly calling forth the healing energy of the green malachite.
A few seconds later, the child expressed a feeling of wanting to cry, puzzled. I said, "That's perfectly normal; you're feeling the energy of love. When we're surrounded by pure love, without any doubt or judgment, and we feel so deserving of love, that feeling is truly amazing!"
To accommodate the child's attention span, I shortened the meditation time and gave the child a small piece of malachite tumble stone. The child picked up two tumble stones, unsure which one to choose. I asked the child to sense the energy through his chakras again, and surprisingly, the child perceived that the smaller one had a smoother energy.
The next day during another crystal meditation, the child reported feeling the crystal energy circulating and expanding with every breath, which felt very comforting!
Children's acceptance of energy is truly quicker and more direct than adults'. Malachite corresponds to the heart chakra and the solar plexus, helping children stabilize, balance their emotions, build self-confidence, and ignite passion for life, which is exactly the energy and guidance this child needs most at this time.
