民國67年以「龍谷陶坊」創立，專門生產實用的園藝鐵沙花盆，研發出三百多種不同的獨特花盆，後來因時勢及社會變遷下，花盆市場漸漸蕭條、萎縮，白木全老師苦思後，決心往藝術創作領域發展，並變更為「心陶園工作室」，逐漸轉型創作手工花器、創意生活陶等作品。這一走，走了30多年，近年來更以人物為題材，創作出一定系列或誇張、諷刺，或老僧禪定，亦或倫理親情，強烈展現出人物生命，律動及鮮明個性，簡潔有力的線條，融入生活美學之中，勾勒出泥塑世烈的有情天地。

”Long Gu Ceramic Studio”was established in 1978 the business of producing gardening flower post of more than 300 varieties. Bei M.C had decided to devote himself to the field of art crafts instead and changed the name of the studio to “Ceramic’s Arcadia” to create the artworks of hand-made gardening wares and creative living wares.
