保健安醫療體系創建於民國88年，初期專注於為各大醫療院所規劃及經營呼吸照護病房，我們的品質政策是「服務用心，品質至上」，期望以對待親人的同理心來服務病患，努力提升長期使用呼吸器患者的照護品質，主要的營運項目是：
1.醫療儀器的租賃服務與維修 2.藥品及醫療耗材的採購服務 3.病人的轉介與追蹤 4.專業人力的招募與培訓 5.呼吸照護病房規劃、營運與管理顧問
於民國91年擴大業務範圍，發展居家呼吸照護系統，將服務觸角延伸到社區與居家，陸續在北、中、南協助創辦多家居家護理所，建構完整的照護服務平台，提供居家使用呼吸器的病患及其家屬各項照護儀器、耗材的銷售與租賃，協助病人及照顧者能擁有良好的生活品質。
