社團法人嘉義市腦性麻痺協會 以結合政府及社會力量，使其腦麻兒自立自強，進而參與社會與服務人群為?

社團法人嘉義市腦性麻痺會成立於民國八十八年一月十日，主要是由一群腦性麻痺者及其家長所共同組織的。協會成立的主要宗旨是協助家長處理腦性麻痺者從小到大所碰到有關就醫、就學、就業、教養等相關的問題，以提升腦性麻痺者的生活品質，並減輕家長在養育腦性麻痺者的過程中所面臨的壓力。另一方面致力於推動社會教育，增進社會大眾對腦性麻痺的認識，同時可以關懷與接納腦性麻痺者。
