1.與醫院簽屬特約醫院
2.專業醫師,藥師,營養師,居家護理師,復健師,定期至中心巡視
3.社工人員定期訪視
4.每週復健師定時協助長輩做適度的復健活動
5.定期規劃舉辦慶生會,節日活動,志工團體定期探訪

服務對象:
1.自然老化的老人，心智功能及身體功能逐漸喪失，自我照顧能力缺失者
2.家人工作繁忙，自我無法照顧者
3.慢性病(高血壓,糖尿病,心臟病)中風,其他併發症導致自我照顧能力降低的情形
4.社會局公費安置(身障,低收入,喘息服務,緊急安置)
