I want to share a story —
a journey that took many years, and many pauses.
I opened my studio in 2017,
and fully stepped into hands-on practice in 2018.
Over the years, I’ve taught, learned, and listened deeply through touch.
Teaching has always been part of my life.
I don’t fear others learning what I know.
Techniques can be taught —
but growth, refinement, and true mastery belong to each individual.
That’s why I love teaching.
Not to hold knowledge, but to share it.
I believe that when more thoughtful, warm-hearted hands are cultivated,
this work can truly serve and support the world.
In 2022, heart surgery forced me to slow down.
My body changed. My rhythm changed.
What first felt like a pause became a time of grounding and reflection.
In August 2025, I began building my personal platform —
not for exposure,
but because I was finally ready to step forward as my full self.
In 2026, I stepped onto my first international competition stage
at the NewMA Asian Massage Championship in Phuket.
More than medals, I learned this:
competition is not just about technique,
but clarity, structure, rhythm, and intention.
And on that stage, I received my first award —
First Place in Sports Massage, Empathy Category.
That medal reflects who I am.
It mirrors my heart, my values, and the way I approach this work.
To me, empathy is not a technique —
it is the foundation of true healing and meaningful touch.
This award became the first piece of my dream —
a small but powerful symbol of everything I believe in.
My lucky star, and a quiet reminder
that my heart is aligned with this path.
As I step toward the world stage in 2026,
I know this is not a sudden beginning.
It is the result of years of work, pauses, healing, and growth —
finally arriving at the right moment.
I’ve never been someone who seeks the spotlight.
But if stepping forward allows more people to shine together,
I’m willing.
Because this work carries light.
And light becomes stronger when we share it.
