服務宗旨：
(一)、發展護理專業。
(二)、促進全民健康。
(三)、結合醫療體系發展護理機構之長期照護能力。
(四)、建構長期照顧網絡，機構功能多元化，照顧模式，多層級化，落實在地老化的目標。
(五)、培育人員以愛來關懷老人、失能者及家屬，提升國內長期照顧品質及促進長期照顧之教學與研究。

目標願景：
成為優質服務及最佳典範之長期照護機構。

社工服務：
社工定期舉辦活動、安排社團關懷，探視住民，給予心靈慰藉，並協助新入住之住民認識朋友，減緩住民入住機構之不適應期。

文康活動：
各層樓設有不同宗教之宗教室，讓有宗教信仰之住民心靈有所寄託。
