Yes, it can be used this year! The “Occupational Injury and Disease Outpatient Form” from the current year can be continue to the following year for use!
❣️Reminder❣️
When worker suffers an occupational injury or disease requiring outpatient during the effective period of the insurance coverage, or within one year after the insurance coverage ends for the same injury/sickness, he/she shall submit the "Occupational Injury and Disease Outpatient Form" filled by the insured unit for the treatment without paying the partial out-of-pocket medical expenses stipulated by the National Health Insurance Act.
