湛然，代表的是清澈明亮的存在。每一個人，不管身體的狀況如何，只要願意放慢腳步，踏上瑜伽墊，在多元化的瑜伽體位法鍛鍊中，將身心的糾結ㄧ點一滴的鬆開，自在的光彩會自然而然，由內心綻放出來。

練習瑜伽的目的是為了促進身體健康，達到身心的平衡，而每一個人的背景各異、生活經驗不相、有的人受過傷、有的人生過重病，因此練習瑜伽的體位法和呼吸方式的反應也會相當不一樣。湛然瑜伽的課程，鼓勵學員尊重自己的身體狀況，放下與別人比較的心態，在輕鬆、饒富趣味的氛圍中，找回赤子之心，循序漸進的，展開自我探索之旅。

無論世界多麼的喧鬧，站到瑜伽墊上，試著將關注收回自己的身上，在課堂上跟著引導，總會有意想不到的驚奇與收穫。也許尋尋覓覓那麼久的，不是外界的肯定，而是對自己的體諒。越有耐心面對，越有可能遇到深入心髓的痠楚。但只要不放棄，就會有機會掙脫桎梏，把那些不再

需要的疤痕與情緒都燃燒掉，享受放鬆、放下、放慢的美好。

身心上的緊繃、痠痛、壓力、等等，都是過去或目前生命的考驗留下的印記，如盔甲般籠罩著、束縛著我們。當我們願意鼓起勇氣，用力試著掙裂那武裝的盔甲，不管失敗多少次，我們都不放棄，這個過程會淬煉出更強大的、更有活力的自己。

Mahata 代表的是強大(mightiness)與非常好(greatness)，每個湛然瑜伽的學員都要學習互相鼓勵、互相陪伴，把那些呈現在面前的障礙，轉化為生命給予的獻禮。一次次跨越挑戰，使我們變得更堅定，更強壯，用智慧飽滿的、豐沛的、強大的生命活力讓自己和世界變得更精彩有趣。

迎向光明✨🌻✨
今天接到詐騙電話，歹徒花好多時間上演電話劇。很關心的說，有人拿我的身份證正本去申請戶籍謄本，準備要貸款。還演他們要擋下盜用我個資的人，沒成功。他們要我記下時間、地點、歹徒穿的衣服、以及乘用車輛、等等資訊。
他們說防範歹徒再繼續用我的個資，我需要向警方👮報案，他們可以幫忙轉接警察局。聽到這裡，傻傻的我才有點醒過來，可能接到詐騙電話了。
希望大家不要上當，也希望詐騙集團不要一直騙人了，花那麼多的心思騙人，做的壞事有一天都會回到自己身上，因為這宇宙像個回力鏢，無論做什麼都會回報到自己身上。
為了自己好，還是乖乖的做好事，打開心胸，從黑暗趨向光明，未來才會光明啊！ Facing the light ✨🌻✨

Today I received a scam call. The scammer spent a long time putting on a little “phone drama.” He spoke as if he was very concerned and told me that someone had taken my original ID card to apply for a household registration transcript, getting ready to take out a loan. He even acted out how they tried to stop the person who was misusing my personal information, but “failed.”

They asked me to write down the time and place, what the criminal was wearing, the car they used, and all kinds of other details.

Then they said that, to prevent the criminal from continuing to use my information, I needed to report it to the police 👮, and that they could help transfer my call to the police station. It was only when I heard this that I finally started to wake up a little and realized I was probably getting a scam call.

I hope no one falls for this kind of trick, and I also hope these scam rings will stop deceiving people. They put so much effort into cheating others; all the wrongs they do will come back to them one day. This universe is like a boomerang – whatever we do will eventually return to us.

For our own sake, it’s better to simply do good, open our hearts, and walk from darkness toward the light. Only then will our future truly be bright. #瑜珈 #瑜伽 #高雄

✨✨給人溫暖的力量✨✨
上週一堂需要調課的時段，被我遺忘了，一群學生等著上課，卻不見老師的蹤影。😱

😰說很多的道歉，跟學生們說，下一堂課免費，請讓老師用最大的誠意致歉，仍然抹去不了內疚的感受。

再度回到教室，跟學生們道歉。有一位學生說：「謝謝老師忘記，我才能在今天上課，多數人決議調課的時間，我不能上。」♥️

無論那位學生說的是否只是安慰的話，都讓人覺得很溫暖。🌈默默在心中告訴自己，要常常溫習溫柔的體貼，對人、對事、對物，都多一份的包容、善解、和體貼，像冬夜裡的聖誕樹🎄帶給人光明、溫暖與希望。🌟🌟🌟

無論身體做什麼動作，全身的筋膜、肌肉、骨骼、神經、血液都像在彈奏ㄧ首協奏曲。每一個細胞、肌肉、筋膜，與各系統間若彼此協調好，動作就滑順，如各種樂器合作，完美呈現一首協奏曲；若各自爲政，動作會不協調，如同一首協奏曲被彈的變了調。
No matter what movement the body makes, the fascia, muscles, bones, nerves, and blood all seem to play together like a concerto. When every cell, muscle, and fascial layer coordinates harmoniously with the body’s systems, movement flows smoothly—like different instruments performing together to create a perfect concerto. But if each part acts on its own, the movement becomes uncoordinated, like a concerto played out of tune.
