下犬式對齊糾錯|90% 的人都練錯了!
誰懂啊!
下犬式看起來簡單,
但姿勢不對,
不僅白練還容易傷肩、傷腰😭
✅ 正確對齊要點:
1. 雙手掌根壓實地面,手指大大張開,肩膀遠離耳朵
2. 核心微收,坐骨向上找天花板,讓脊柱充分延展
3. 膝蓋微屈(不用強行伸直),腳跟向下踩,感受小腿後側拉伸
4. 頭部自然放鬆,不要用力低頭或抬頭
