口乾到睡不著怎麼辦?(有乾燥症、乾燥症、乾燥症的病友須知)

口乾對大多數人可能是一個小問題，喝喝水、嚼口香糖就可以了。但是對於乾燥症的患者，口乾本身常常會導致失眠，有一位病患真的失眠到受不了，就從Amazon網站上買了各種輔助口腔用品，並提供個人使用經驗供大家參考，吃安眠藥絕對不是優先選擇。
補充人工唾液及口腔保濕凝膠，使用護唇膏，維持嘴唇的濕潤，眼乾可適量使用人工淚液。

※口腔噴劑 各種噴劑黏稠度各有差異，美國的，例如「All day」，病人覺得太甜，有一家日本進口50ml的小瓶口腔凝膠噴劑比較不會太甜，也不會太濕，有2種口味「蘇打」及「無香料」可選擇。
※口腔貼片 有一家美國出產叫XyliMelts津舒眠錠屬於緩釋型，也有2種口味「原味微甜(木醣醇)」及「薄荷口味」每盒40錠，將貼片貼在牙齦上面，睡前使用可以有好的睡眠，一覺到天亮，不用再起來喝水。如果要試用，可以來診所先買1粒或2粒試用看看，再自行決定個人喜好。
※口腔保濕凝膠 例如Biotene白樂汀口腔用酵素凝膠 貼近中性高保濕配方，隨時使用，維持口腔濕潤，每日使用2至4次。
病患覺得口腔貼片與保濕凝膠可以輪著用，確實對她的睡眠幫助很大。
※咀嚼口香糖 病人覺得有標榜效果的ACT口香糖，與一般無糖口香糖並無差異。
