一、 探訪時間:（採預約制，請先來電）
上午9:00-下午18:00。
二、 探視前後請家屬簽”訪客登記表”，並測量體溫。
三、 若覺咳嗽、感冒請戴上口罩。
四、 入院前後請用酒精消毒洗手。
五、 請勿於院內吸菸。
六、 請勿攜帶打火機、水果刀等危險物品。
七、 若準備糯米、麻糬、丸子等易噎食食品，
請預先告知護理人員。
以上事項若造成各位不便，還請多多體諒，謝謝大家!!
