很榮幸能陪伴 參加 泳池比賽,不只是支持他的表現,也幫助他在比賽前進入放鬆與神經系統重整的狀態。
比賽前的按摩必須以安神、平靜、調和為主,避免深層組織或強烈的手法。因為過度刺激會讓身體緊繃,但自由潛水員更需要的是內在的寧靜與專注,才能展現最佳表現。
我運用了泰式按摩技巧搭配 Pa Ka Ma 傳統布巾按摩療法。藉由布巾的搖動感,帶來被支撐與安全感,幫助舒緩神經系統、讓心神沉穩,為下水做好準備。
自由潛水不只是深度或時間的比拼,而是身體、心靈與呼吸的和諧。

Before competition, massage should be grounding, calming, and regulating — not deep tissue or intense work. Deep techniques may overstimulate the body, but freedivers need to enter a state of inner quiet and steady focus to perform at their best.
That’s why I used Thai Massage techniques together with Pa Ka Ma cloth massage therapy. The cloth creates a gentle cradle and rocking effect, evoking a sense of safety and support — soothing the nervous system and anchoring the mind before the dive.
Freediving is not just about depth or time — it’s about harmony between body, mind, and breath.
