慢性處方箋可至全台健保藥局領取藥品。

本院用藥、檢驗報告皆有上傳健保雲端，後續醫療院所可銜接治療。
若需複製病歷請於近日來院領取。

7/1後若需加印死亡證明書可洽原各區衛生所。
