Happy Dragon Boat Festival from MedicalTek!

The Dragon Boat Festival (端午節), celebrated on the 5th day of the 5th lunar month, honors the ancient Chinese poet Qu Yuan, whose loyalty and integrity have become a lasting symbol of courage. As communities race dragon boats and enjoy zongzi (rice dumplings), the festival reminds us of the importance of unity, heritage, and forward momentum.

針對承鋆生醫的達爾文3D內視鏡影像系統，日本大圃研教授所領導的團隊實際使用與研究後，近日於DEN Digestive Endoscopy發表了 "Exploring the Potential: A New Chapter in Gastrointestinal Endoscopy with Innovative 3D Imaging Technology"，文章內探討了3D技術在腸胃內科的潛在臨床應用。以下為隸屬於NTT東日本關東醫院的專業團隊所分享的精采摘要：

1. 3D有機會縮短醫師訓練時間
2. 3D有可能幫助消化道息肉檢出與辨識
3. 3D可能有助於特定處置，例如內視鏡黏膜下剝離術（ESD）和經口內視鏡肌肉切開術（POEM），因醫師可更容易建立手術腔道與識別黏膜切割方位
