Mahal naming mga pasyente,
Ang aming klinika ay gumagamit ng pinagsamang sistema ng appointment at walk-in registration.
Tuwing ika-5 hanggang ika-20 ng bawat buwan ay itinuturing naming panahon ng dagsa ng pasyente (peak period),
lalo na tuwing Sabado, Linggo at mga pista opisyal, kung kailan mas marami ang bumibisita sa klinika.
Napansin naming maraming Filipino patients ang mas gustong bumisita sa panahong ito.
Dahil dito, ang mahabang paghihintay ay dulot ng sabayang pagdagsa ng mga pasyente,
na hindi ganap na kayang kontrolin ng klinika.
Kahit may appointment, sa panahon ng dagsa ay maaari pa ring maghintay ng 1–3 oras o higit pa.
Ipinaaalam ito nang malinaw ng aming staff sa lahat ng pasyente bago pa man ang kanilang appointment.
Ang tagal ng paghihintay ay nakadepende sa komplikasyon ng kasalukuyang gamutan.
Ang aming director at dental team ay nananatiling tapat sa prinsipyo na
ang bawat proseso ay dapat maging eksakto at maingat,
hindi kailanman isinasakripisyo ang kalidad ng gamutan para lamang sa bilis.
Sa ganitong paraan, natitiyak namin na matatag at mataas ang kalidad ng resulta ng bawat paggamot.
Para sa mga nais umiwas sa mahabang paghihintay, inirerekomenda naming bumisita sa mga oras na ito:
🕐 Mga araw ng trabaho tuwing ika-1 hanggang ika-4 o pagkatapos ng ika-21 ng buwan;
🕓 Tuwing weekend, Sabado pagkatapos ng 3:30 PM (pagsasara ng registration sa 5:00 PM),
o Linggo pagkatapos ng 4:30 PM (pagsasara ng registration sa 7:00 PM).
Mas kaunti ang pasyente sa mga oras na ito at mas maayos ang daloy ng serbisyo.

Our clinic follows a combined appointment and walk-in system.
The period from the 5th to the 20th of each month is our regular peak time,
especially on weekends and holidays, when the number of visiting patients significantly increases.
We have observed that many of our Filipino patients prefer to visit during this period.
As a result, the waiting time mainly comes from the concentration of patients,
which is beyond the clinic’s full control.
Even with an appointment, during peak periods, patients may still need to wait 1–3 hours or more.
Our staff always clearly inform all patients of this at the time of booking.
The actual waiting time depends on the complexity of each ongoing treatment.
Our director and dental team are committed to ensuring that every procedure is performed with precision and care,
never sacrificing medical quality for speed.
Only through this commitment can we provide each patient with stable and high-quality treatment results.
If you wish to minimize your waiting time, we recommend visiting during the following hours:
🕐 Weekdays between the 1st–4th or after the 21st of each month;
🕓 On weekends, after 3:30 PM on Saturdays (registration closes at 5:00 PM),
or after 4:30 PM on Sundays (registration closes at 7:00 PM).
These hours are generally less crowded and the process is smoother.
