1️ Wear light-colored long sleeves and pants
2️ Use mosquito repellent containing DEET or Picaridin
3️ Sleep with mosquito nets or use electric repellents

✔ Cut by a sharp rock
✔ Scraped from a fall
✔ Stepped on shells or debris
📢 "Why are water-exposed wounds more dangerous?"
Natural waters may carry dangerous bacteria like Vibrio or Streptococcus, which can lead to necrotizing fasciitis or sepsis.
✅ What to do:
-Rinse the wound with clean bottled water or saline
-Get out of the water and keep the wound dry
-If the wound gets red, painful, swollen, or you have a fever → Seek medical help immediately (General Surgery)
