The 𝐆𝐘𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐍𝐈𝐂® and 𝐆𝐘𝐑𝐎𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐄𝐒𝐈𝐒® Methods With Master Trainer : Nora Heiber
—整個十月，光塩教室都在充滿能量的流動中。—
第一代嬋柔大師 Nora Heiber 駐守教室近一個月，我們一同完成了 兩場培訓課、三場大師課，也一起慶祝了好幾次生日蛋糕的甜蜜時刻。這段時間，光塩的嬋柔家族更為茁壯，彼此支持、彼此成長，共同圓滿了這次所有的課程。
特別感謝 Master Trainer Nora 帶領團隊在專業技能上大幅升級；感謝翻譯師資群 唯珊老師 再次的神支援，Seven 與 Annie 老師之間的完美接力；以及所有參與培訓的老師們，因為有你們的支持，這一切才如此順利。
這次課程有著宇宙的力量在指引，不得不臣服於老天的安排，教室的老師們不僅專業提升，更經歷了深層的內在轉化。光塩的凝聚力因此更強大，也更有愛。
這次辦課的挑戰雖然巨大，但宇宙給的禮物更豐盛。感謝我們的師資團隊——光塩的每一位老師，愛妳們！沒有你們的全力相挺，我們不可能跨越這麼多考驗。
這是一場集體的進化與升級。🧡🙏
Throughout October, our studio was filled with vibrant energy and beautiful transformations.
We were deeply honored to have Master Trainer Nora Heiber, one of the first-generation GYROTONIC® masters, with us for nearly a month. Together, we completed two teacher trainings and three master classes, and celebrated countless joyful moments (and birthday cakes!) along the way.
Our GYROTONIC® family has grown stronger—supporting, uplifting, and inspiring one another to complete this journey beautifully.
Special thanks to Master Trainer Nora for elevating our professional skills to a new level;
to Wei-Shan, our brilliant interpreter, for her seamless support;
and to Seven and Annie, whose teamwork and dedication kept everything flowing perfectly.
We are also deeply grateful to every teacher who joined the training—your presence made all of this possible.
It truly felt as though the universe was guiding us.
Through surrendering to divine timing, we not only advanced professionally but also experienced profound inner transformation.
The energy and unity within our studio have become even more radiant.
Though organizing this month’s programs came with great challenges,
the universe’s gifts were even greater.
