永隆診所林清源醫師在北門衛生所服務超過30年，退休後繼續為偏鄉老人及居民提供醫療照護。診所內無傳統印象中的消毒水味，只有濃濃人情味及對病患們的叮嚀與囑咐，希望將最好的照護帶給醫療相對都會區落後的偏鄉。
