本機構預備辦理去機構化社區型老人福利服務事業，為確保長者入住服務品質，聘請各專業人員以跨專業的領域共同為長者服務，以人性化" 愛的關懷 "提供一個舒適、溫馨、安全的「家」。本機構的核心成員為慈心護理之家、慈心老人養護中心、慈善老人養中心。

面積約1000坪、建築面積為750平方公尺。區分為：護理站、宗教室、會客室（交誼廳）、教育室、寢室、辦公室、浴廁、室外活動區、無障礙休閒空間、寬敞停車位置。隨著老年社會的到來,臥病在床、獨居或年老衰弱的老人逐年增加,因此延緩老化,已是全球必然的趨勢。
