🕉很多人認為自己不夠靈活,因此不能做瑜伽。我已經 40 多歲了,我告訴你一個秘密,為了保持靈活性和精力,每週花幾個小時做這件事就足夠了。
人體大約有700塊肌肉。其中一些已經更加發達,因為我們在日常生活中更頻繁地使用它們。例如與行走相關的肌肉。但許多肌肉群會隨著年齡的增長而萎縮,導致疼痛和能量損失。只有在練習瑜珈時,我們才會使用到所有的肌肉,這是非常有益的。

➡️My name is Agneya and I’m from Estonia. Every Saturday I teach yoga at a yoga studio near Tainan Park.
Courses are taught in English.
✅️Don't worry if your English is not very good, I can explain the exercises to you correctly and have an individual approach to each student.
🕉Many people think they are not flexible enough and therefore cannot do yoga. I'm in my 40s and I'll tell you a secret, to maintain flexibility and energy, a few hours a week doing this is enough.
The human body has approximately 700 muscles. Some of them are already more developed because we use them more frequently in our daily lives. For example, the muscles involved in walking. But many muscle groups atrophy with age, leading to pain and loss of energy. Only when we practice yoga, we use all our muscles, which is very beneficial.
Yoga is easy to practice and can fill the body with energy and inspiration.
Besides, yoga is a great hobby and a great way to connect with like-minded people.

💡定義一個人的主要因素是他/她的習慣。例如,如果有早上慢跑、晚上不吃澱粉類食物的習慣,那麼這個人很可能總是身體健康。如果養成每天花時間學習新語言的習慣,那麼很快就會掌握它。
我不寫壞習慣,我想你明白本質😅
對於良好的習慣,順便說一句,有瑜伽工作室和瑜伽教練。在課堂上,學生獲得了生活中積極的、真正的優先事項的技能和獨立性。教練也會根據學員的程度為學員選擇體式,並練習體位法技巧和正確的呼吸,以達到更快的效果💎

Pain is given to a person when he has not decided something. Pain pushes a person to make a decision. The more stupid a person is, then it more painful for him.
The healthy pain we experience on the yoga mats is the easiest and fastest way to understand that the magic we seek is in the actions we avoid.
