Pen*sgate Scandal
近日媒體報導指出，在 2026 米蘭－柯蒂納冬季奧運跳台滑雪項目中，有選手疑似為了在賽服 3D 身體掃描時「增加尺寸數據」，以陰莖注射玻尿酸的方式，讓賽服多出關鍵的 1–2 公分，藉此增加表面積、提升升力，甚至可能讓飛行距離多出 約 5.8 公尺，左右比賽結果。
這類行為，目前已被視為運動競賽作弊問題，也已引起國際運動與反禁藥單位關注與調查。

我日前分享的內容，是從泌尿科醫師的專業角度，說明在完整評估、正確適應症、合格醫師操作下，私密處注射可能的原理、限制與風險，並非鼓勵為了尺寸數字或短期效果進行任何施打。
這類療程若評估不周，可能帶來感染、變形、血流障礙，嚴重時甚至造成不可逆的組織傷害。不同的注射物效果都不一定，必須先有合理期待與風險共識。

有讀者私訊詢問，相關治療是否一定需要現場諮詢。
我的回答始終一致：一定需要。
只有透過實際檢查與面對面討論，我才能完整說明治療內容、預期效果與可能風險，
也才能逐一回應所有疑問，在充分理解與共識下進行評估。這樣的過程，不只是為了治療效果，更是我身為醫師，為每一位個案把關的重要責任。

我還是要強調：任何私密處治療，都必須建立在完整諮詢、風險說明與合理期待之上。

Injecting fillers into the p***s for competitive advantage is not a medical treatment and carries significant health risks.
Any ge***al procedure should only be considered after proper medical evaluation, realistic expectations, and full risk disclosure.
Risking permanent injury for marginal performance gain is never a worthwhile trade-off.

For any ge***al procedure, an in-person consultation and examination are essential.
This allows for proper assessment, clear explanation of risks and expectations, and shared decision-making to ensure patient safety.

在醫院裡，白袍的長短有時是一種身份的象徵。還記得當年穿著短袍時，心中總默默期待，有一天能換上那件屬於主治醫師的長袍。

週日跑了 Mizuno 金山萬里接力馬拉松。八個人、一人五公里，風雨中一起完成任務的感覺，真的太久違也太美好了。
等棒次的時候雨沒停，跑的時候雨更大，還好有帽子幫我擋住雨、保持視線清晰。帽沿上滴下來的雨水，像是在提醒我：有時候，不完美的天氣，反而讓體驗更深刻。
謝謝我的隊友們，大家都超會跑，讓我可以放心去享受海邊的風景。北海岸的浪、灰灰的天，依然讓人覺得自由。
不是每個人都要跑步，但只要有動起來、願意前進，就已經很棒了。
Better life, better run.

I joined the Mizuno Relay Marathon this Sunday at Jinshan–Wanli with my amazing team of eight runners — each of us ran about 5 km, it felt incredible to accomplish something together as a team.
When it was my turn to run, the rain still hadn’t stopped. Thankfully, my cap kept the water out of my eyes and helped me stay focused. Raindrops kept dripping from the brim — a tiny rhythm of determination.
I’m so grateful to my teammates, who all ran beautifully and made it possible for me to simply enjoy the stunning North Coast scenery. The sky might have been gray, but the waves were full of life.
Not everyone needs to run, but moving — in any form — is always better than standing still.
It wasn’t just a race; it was a reminder to keep momentum in life.

人生的際遇，真的就像詩瑋常說的那樣——
你永遠不知道轉角會遇見誰，也無法預測老天為你安排了什麼樣的劇本。
但回頭看，冥冥之中，好像一切都有最好的安排。
2022 年某個星期三，我第一次接到詩瑋的電話。
她說男性醫學會理事長陳煜醫師推薦我上她的節目。
隔天，我的右耳突然耳鳴、聽力下降，被診斷為「右耳中風」。
而星期五，就是我們第一次見面並錄影的那天。
不想讓她擔心，我一直到錄影結束、走進電梯準備離開時才告訴她。
她聽了很心疼，但我笑著對她保證著說「我會好好照顧自己，也會好好照顧肚子裡的寶寶。」
三年過去了，我們都經歷了許多。
詩瑋的節目越來越受觀眾喜愛，我也常常因為她而感到驕傲。
這次，她的光將在台南綻放——
主持【國際火舞藝術節】，
帶來國際級的視覺饗宴，
而且最令人驚喜的是，這場盛會居然免費入場🔥！
謝謝命運在那個交叉路讓我們相遇，
也謝謝一路上彼此的陪伴與信任。

四天三夜的首爾行，收穫滿滿：白天認真在學會報告與學習，晚上被韓國醫師的酒量震撼（還有解酒飲料區一早就被掃光 😂）。空檔去逛街，終於買到夢寐以求的鞋子，結果發現台灣還比較便宜…只能安慰自己：買的是可愛不是價格。

I’m truly honored to have been invited as a speaker at the Korean Continence Society Conference 2025.
It was such a rewarding experience to meet wonderful people and connect with inspiring female urologists from across Asia.

One highlight was finally sharing the stage with Dr. Una Lee—a privilege I’ve long looked forward to.

And of course… I didn’t expect to fall in love with Korean cuisine this much (let’s just say I ate a lot 🤭).

Though short, this trip was filled with memorable moments that I will cherish for years to come.
