[2025 10th Annual Pao Chung Cup Healthy & Spicy Creations Cuisine Competition]
December 24, 2025 - Reported by Professor Hsiao Chih-Sheng. This years Pao Chung Cup Culinary Competition was held at Taipei University of Marine Technology! 🎉 Special thanks to Pao Chung Company for its exclusive sponsorship to the Department of Food and Beverage Management at Taipei University of Marine Technology for the past ten years, continuously organizing the Pao Chung Cup Culinary Competition. Young chefs, culinary students, and food enthusiasts from all over Taiwan gathered together, using Pao Chung’s latest creation"Satay Sauce" and "Pao Chung’s authentic “Crispy Fried Soybean Ball/Powder" to spark endless creativity and showcase a new look for healthy cuisine. 👩🍳👨🍳 Competition Highlights
This year’s theme is Western Cuisine and was split into three categories: Western-style Livestock Cuisine, Western-style Poultry Cuisine, and Western-style Vegetarian Cuisine
Sustainability Philosophy: Emphasizing health, safety, and additive-free practices, making amazing cuisines with a peace of mind
Pao Chuan Food Promotion Ambassador Voting: Enthusiastic social media interaction, promoting a diverse and healthy food culture.
