*4 週瑜伽計劃*以「*肌耐力 × 柔軟度 × 平衡力*」為主軸,帶你在安全、循序的節奏裡建立力量,同時把長期累積的緊繃慢慢放下。
這 4 週,你會慢慢感覺到身體*更有底*,也更*願意放鬆*。
- *力量更穩、肌耐力更好*:不是硬撐,而是找得到出力的位置;站得住、撐得久,動作也更有掌控感。
- *活動度更開*:胸、肩、髖在輕柔而持續的延展裡變得更有空間,卡卡感逐步減少。
- *平衡與協調提升*:身體覺察更清楚,重心更穩,動作更流暢,也更省力。
- *練完更清爽、更安定*:每次結束像把緊繃放回原位,留下舒展、踏實與更安靜的心。
# 4 週主題
1. *核心力量*:強化腹部、下背部及骨盆底肌群;提升日常活動舒適度及運動表現
2. *平衡與穩定*:加強身體穩定性與平衡能力,提升靈活度與肌耐力
3. *基礎後彎*:逐步打開胸腔,強化背部與核心,減少腰背代償與壓力
4. *陰陽流暢瑜伽*:動態訓練結合深層放鬆,讓身體修復、心也安定

Our *4-week yoga plan* is built around *muscle endurance, flexibility, and balance*, so you can grow stronger in a safe, progressive way while gradually releasing the tension you’ve been carrying.
Over these four weeks, you’ll feel more *support* in your body—while also feeling more *ease*.
- *Steadier strength & endurance*: learn where your strength lives, hold longer with better control (not forcing).
- *More mobility*: gentle and consistent opening through the chest, shoulders, and hips—so stiffness softens over time.
- *Improved balance & coordination*: clearer body awareness and a steadier center of gravity for smoother movement with less effort.
- *A calmer finish*: leave feeling refreshed and grounded—like the tension has been put down, not pushed through.
Focus
1. *Core Conditioning*: strengthen abdominal, lower back & pelvic floor for better comfort in daily life and improved performance
2. *Yoga Balance & Stability*: improve physical stability and balance, enhance flexibility, build strength and endurance
3. *Backbend Basics*: progressive heart-opening with a stronger back & core to reduce lower-back strain
4. *Yin Yang Vinyasa Yoga*: dynamic practice + deep relaxation for recovery and mental calm
