~ 核心力量對於瑜伽以及維持脊椎健康至關重要。呼吸法配合體式鍛鍊核心肌群並鍛煉腹部肌肉

2. 哈達瑜伽
~ 最基本的瑜伽課程,分成三個級別讓初學者循序漸進學習振奮、愉悅的體位法。透過長期訓練,讓身心靈回歸平衡合一的狀態

3. 陰陽流暢瑜伽
~ 以陽瑜伽鍛煉身體的動能。以陰瑜伽幫助心靈放鬆。配合呼吸讓陰陽能量互相交流,達致平衡,更有排毒與修復的功效

4. 瑜伽輪
~ 把瑜伽輪融入於傳統體位法練習之中,有助擴張胸、肩、髖部等。讓生活習慣所造成的緊張肌肉得以伸展,恢復脊椎的活力

🔥4-Week Yoga Program to enhance your overall fitness!
This program will take you in a 4-week period of time to muscle endurance, flexibility, balance to do a comprehensive strengthening of the whole body, to help you get back to the body’s state. Get moving, to establish your own exercise habits!

1. Core Strength
~ Core strength is critical for yoga, as well as maintaining a spine health. Pranayama is used in conjunction with asanas to strengthen the core and build abdominal muscles

2. Hatha Yoga
~ The most basic yoga class, divided into three levels for beginners to learn invigorating and joyful asanas step by step. Through long-term training, the body, mind and spirit will return to a state of balance and unity.

3. Yin Yang Vinyasa Flow
~ Yoga for Yang exercise the body’s kinetic energy. Help the mind relax with yin yoga. Cooperate with breathing to allow yin and yang energy to communicate with each other to achieve balance, which has the effect of detoxification and repair.

4. Yoga Wheel
~ Integrate the yoga wheel into traditional asana practice to help expand the chest, shoulders, hips, etc. Stretch the tense muscles caused by lifestyle habits and restore vitality to the spine.

~ adjust and stretch the connective tissue of the body, using yoga props stay for long periods of time and extend deeply. Develop a stable breathing rhythm, practice Vipassana concentration, and learn to feel the moment.

想打造理想體態? 為何勤做運動,身材仍不見起色?盲目跟著坊間「別人」的影片、文章鍛練,也許只會讓您離自己的理想愈來愈遠。

都市痛?一般都會選擇「頭痛醫頭,腳痛醫腳」作為“緩解酸痛”的方法。 但事實上,肌肉/關節疼痛往往是因為氣力不足、發力受阻所造成的。

本工作坊將運用運動及腦神經科學讓您了解自己的身體
* 選擇「個人」合適的運動,安排『合理』的改造計劃,以達至理想體態,維持長期的健康美麗。
* 找到疼痛的根源,增強牽引的力量,從而緩解您的疼痛。 從頭到腳的護理 將全身作為一個整體進行治療,避免「頭痛醫頭,腳痛醫腳」。

🔥4-Week Yoga Program to enhance your overall fitness!
This program will take you in a 4-week period of time to muscle endurance, flexibility, balance to do a comprehensive strengthening of the whole body, to help you get back to the body’s state. Get moving, to establish your own exercise habits!

1. Core Strength
~ Core strength is critical for yoga, as well as maintaining a spine health. Pranayama is used in conjunction with asanas to strengthen the core and build abdominal muscles

2. Hatha Yoga
~ The most basic yoga class, divided into three levels for beginners to learn invigorating and joyful asanas step by step. Through long-term training, the body, mind and spirit will return to a state of balance and unity.

3. Yin Yang Vinyasa Flow
~ Yoga for Yang exercise the body’s kinetic energy. Help the mind relax with yin yoga. Cooperate with breathing to allow yin and yang energy to communicate with each other to achieve balance, which has the effect of detoxification and repair.

4. Yoga Wheel
~ Integrate the yoga wheel into traditional asana practice to help expand the chest, shoulders, hips, etc. Stretch the tense muscles caused by lifestyle habits and restore vitality to the spine.
