My lemon tree produces abundantly every year. Lemon curd is one of my favorite ways to use more lemons. It tastes great on toast, cookies, and crackers. It's packed with nutrients and high in protein. I use honey 🍯 instead of sugar, and coconut oil instead of butter (I'm not against butter though). The best part is the lemon zest! What do you do with lemons? 🍋
