本院社工科日前舉辦「我要工作—康復者的工作復健」講座，特地邀請臺北市康復之友協會總幹事陳冠斌蒞臨分享康復者的就業經驗。

本次陳總幹事分享協會病友的復元歷程，讓大家看見回到職場並非遙不可及的夢想，而是一段可以藉由陪伴、支持而成真的過程。

從就業評估、就業前的準備，到建立規律生活、發掘自身優勢及暸解相關流程，陳總幹事皆細心為家屬與病友逐一說明。現場也針對社區家園申請資格、補助與相關流程進行交流，讓家屬與康復者對未來方向更加清晰。

身心復元比傷口癒合來的複雜，無法一蹴可幾，而需在親屬支持中慢慢前行。謝謝每一位願意嘗試的自己，也感謝一路相伴的家人與夥伴。

✨ From Recovery to Employment: Rediscovering Confidence in Life
The Department of Social Work at our hospital recently hosted a seminar titled “I Want to Work — Vocational Rehabilitation for Individuals in Recovery.” We were honored to invite Mr. Chen Guan-Bin, Secretary-General of the Taipei Association of Friends of Recovery, to share his insights and experiences regarding employment for individuals in recovery.
During the seminar, Secretary-General Chen shared the recovery journeys of members from the association, helping attendees see that returning to the workplace is not an unattainable dream, but a goal that can be achieved through companionship and support.
From employment assessments and pre-employment preparation to establishing a structured daily routine, identifying personal strengths, and understanding related procedures, Secretary-General Chen carefully explained each step to both family members and individuals in recovery. There were also in-depth discussions on eligibility requirements, subsidies, and application procedures for community housing, providing families and individuals in recovery with greater clarity about their future direction.
Mental and emotional recovery is often more complex than the healing of physical wounds. It cannot be achieved overnight, but requires steady progress with the support of loved ones. Thank you to everyone who has the courage to try, and heartfelt appreciation to the family members and partners who walk alongside them every step of the way.

日前，本院褚珮君護理師參加「台北市護理師護士公會」表揚大會獲頒績優人員表揚。這份榮耀，是對 23 年護理初心最好的肯定！✨

褚珮君護理師深耕精神科護理 23 載 ，始終堅持「用愛陪伴，重拾希望」。她不僅在專業領域精進，獲得「精神衛生護理師」認證 ，更參與團隊以「日日復元、復原家園」計畫，榮獲 國家品質醫療獎的殊榮 ！

另外，褚護理師更在社區發揮護理師的救人天職。她曾於北投逸仙國小門口，第一時間為昏倒的路人實施 CPR 挽救生命 ；在單位內，也曾以創新的「HEALTH」五心照護模式，更讓許多慢性精神障礙學員重新找到社會參與的信心 。

📢 Big Congratulations! Our hospital’s nurse Pei-Chun Chu has been honored as an Outstanding Nurse by the Taipei City Nurses Association! 🏆
Recently, Nurse Pei-Chun Chu from our hospital was recognized at the Taipei City Nurses Association’s commendation ceremony, receiving the Outstanding Personnel Award. This honor is the best affirmation of her 23 years of unwavering dedication to nursing! ✨
With 23 years of experience in psychiatric nursing, Nurse Chu has always upheld the belief of “accompanying with love, rekindling hope.” She has continuously advanced her professional expertise, earning certification as a Mental Health Nurse, and participated in the team’s “Daily Recovery, Restoring Homes” program, which was awarded the National Healthcare Quality Award!
Beyond the hospital, Nurse Chu has also fulfilled her life-saving mission in the community. She once provided immediate CPR to a passerby who collapsed in front of Yixian Elementary School in Beitou, successfully saving a life. Within her unit, she introduced the innovative “HEALTH” five-heart care model, helping many individuals with chronic mental illness regain confidence and reengage with society.
Thank you, Nurse Pei-Chun Chu. Your warmth and professionalism are the strongest support for our patients. This award is not only a personal honor, but also a source of pride for our hospital—and a true testament to the value of the nursing profession! ❤️

🧧 舞墨揮毫迎馬年・三總北投分院年味滿滿 🧧
本院於今（5）日熱鬧舉辦 ✨新春揮毫活動✨，特別邀請中華書法傳承學會創會會長潘慶忠、理事長陳子典等員，共6 位書法名家蒞臨揮毫，親筆為同仁寫下一幅幅寓意吉祥、滿載祝福的新春對聯，為院內增添濃濃年味。

活動由院長高譽誠致贈書法名家感謝狀，感謝中華書法協會及書法名家們的大力支持，接續率領一級主管進行開筆儀式，讓書法美學走進院區，為新春揭開美好序幕。

現場墨香四溢、氣氛熱絡，除書法名家現場揮毫外，同仁們也踴躍參與、發揮巧思，親手創作專屬春聯。活動自上午 9 點一路熱鬧至中午，人人滿載而歸，也為新的一年注入幸福、吉祥與滿滿祝福 🎉

🧧 Welcoming the Year of the Horse with Ink & Brush — A Festive New Year at Tri-Service General Hospital Beitou Branch 🧧
Today (the 5th), our hospital joyfully hosted a ✨Spring Calligraphy Event✨. We were honored to invite six renowned calligraphy masters, including Mr. Pan Ching-Chung, Founding President of the Chinese Calligraphy Heritage Association, and Mr. Chen Zi-Dian, Chairman of the Association. With graceful strokes, they personally wrote auspicious Spring couplets filled with blessings for our colleagues, bringing a rich New Year atmosphere to the hospital.
Hospital Superintendent Kao Yu-Cheng presented certificates of appreciation to the calligraphy masters in gratitude for the strong support from the Chinese Calligraphy Association and the artists. He then led senior executives in the traditional “first brush” ceremony, inviting the beauty of calligraphy into the hospital and ushering in a wonderful start to the Lunar New Year.
The venue was filled with the fragrance of ink and lively energy. In addition to watching the masters at work, colleagues enthusiastically joined in, using their creativity to craft their own personalized Spring couplets. The event ran from 9:00 a.m. through noon, with everyone leaving happily laden with festive works—infusing the new year with happiness, good fortune, and heartfelt blessings 🎉

The Lunar New Year holiday (February 14–22, 2026) lasts a full nine days. If you have a chronic condition and require long-term medication, please be sure to plan ahead!
Thanks to a thoughtful policy by the National Health Insurance Administration, patients holding a continuous prescription for chronic illnesses may return for a follow-up visit and refill their medications early starting January 31. This helps you avoid last-minute rushes when medications run out and prevents interruptions in treatment during the holiday period.

Yesterday (21st), a team of volunteer barbers visited our hospital to provide professional and thoughtful haircut services for patients across various wards. Once the event was announced, it received an enthusiastic response—patients eagerly signed up and even washed their hair in advance, looking forward to a fresh, neat new look shaped by the volunteers’ skilled hands.

For the patients, this was more than just a haircut; it was a relaxing and heartwarming moment filled with care and companionship.
