🌿三總北投分院× 精神衛生護理學會🔆
🎈實證護理教育研習會 深化精神衛護量能🎈

本院院與中華民國精神衛生護理學會首次攜手合作，在軍陣醫療大樓舉辦北區「實證護理教育研習會」，邀集多家醫療院所護理夥伴共同交流，在院長高譽誠及護理科張煦婕主任推展下，讓本院能參與推動實證臨床文化，深化精神衛生護理量能。

本次課程由學會劉玟宜理事長親臨指導，從專業視角分享實證護理的重要性，並強調在快速變動的臨床情境中，建立科學化決策流程的必要性。課程內容涵蓋實證概念、資料庫檢索、文獻分析到 AI 在臨床中的應用，透過康以諾副執行長、莊宇婕醫師、趙珮如督導長與劉建宏督導長的帶領，協助學員將研究證據真正連結到臨床照護。

本院將持續打造學習平台，支持同仁成長，也期待未來與學會展開更多合作，讓實證精神在臨床落地，為病人帶來更優質、更踏實的照護。

🎉三總護理實證競賽 本院榮獲最佳潛力獎🏆

🌟 本院護理科昨（19）日由蘇意淳護理長帶領吳姝誼、楊采璇等2員護理師組團前往三軍總醫院，代表本院參加「護理實證競賽」。本院團隊首次挑戰「運用認知行為治療能否改善物質濫用個案的心理健康」，便獲得了「最佳潛力獎」🏆！這份肯定讓我們更堅信：實證是讓護理更強大的力量💪。

準備期間，護理團隊經由反覆檢視臨床經驗、深入文獻、整合資料，從一次次的討論🗣️、修正到定稿，每個步驟都戰戰兢兢，絲毫不敢鬆懈😐，互相學習，互助過程也能結截長補短，讓彼此從中獲得成長，讓臨床問題用更科學、更清晰的方式呈現。

護理工作每日都以「專業」協助「病人」，幫助病患恢復健康，而實證正是讓我們以「科學」🔬方式檢驗，如何將照護做得更精準🧿、更安全的重要驗證過程。這次競賽，不僅是比賽，更像是一個重新「檢視臨床經驗」➡️「結合先進文獻📖」➡️「組織思維邏輯🤯」的程序，也讓護理團隊發現更多以往未知的面向。

🎉 Tri-Service General Hospital Nursing Evidence-Based Practice Competition — Our Hospital Wins the Best Potential Award! 🏆
🌟 Yesterday (19th), our Nursing Department—led by Head Nurse Su Yi-Chun along with nurses Wu Shu-Yi and Yang Tsai-Hsuan—formed a team to participate in the Nursing Evidence-Based Practice Competition at the Tri-Service General Hospital. It was our very first time entering the competition with the project “Can Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Improve the Mental Health of Individuals with Substance Abuse?”, and we proudly brought home the Best Potential Award🏆! This recognition strengthens our belief that evidence-based practice is a powerful force that elevates nursing💪.
During the preparation process, the nursing team continuously reviewed clinical experiences, conducted in-depth literature research, and integrated data. From repeated discussions 🗣️ to revisions and finalization, every step was carried out with great care and professionalism 😐. Through mutual learning and collaboration, team members complemented one another’s strengths, gaining valuable growth and presenting clinical questions in a more scientific and structured manner.
In nursing, we help patients recover through professional expertise, and evidence-based practice is the scientific🔬 process that verifies how to deliver care with greater precision🧿 and safety. This competition was not just a contest—it was also a journey of re-examining clinical experiences, integrating advanced literature📖, and organizing logical thinking🤯, enabling the team to uncover new insights previously unnoticed.

🌱114年員工健康促進活動｜自然手感綠藻球微景紓壓🌱

為促進同仁身心健康，本院於昨（13）日辦理「綠藻球微景紓壓工作坊☘️」，並邀請 Little Sun Diary 小太陽社工師🌞－邱瑀庭帶來精彩的紓壓講座，讓這場午後時光充滿溫度與笑聲😆。

在細雨的午後🌧️，28 位熱情參與的同仁放下手邊事務📑，一同將小小綠藻球🦠、礫石🪨與玻璃瓶🫙，慢慢組成專屬自己的「綠色小宇宙」💫，在專注🧐創作的過程中，忙碌的身心得以稍稍暫停，重新找回一份平靜與呼吸的節奏🎵。

這次的手做藝瓶活動受到同仁一致好評👏，承辦單位也期盼大家在繁忙🤯的工作時，能因為桌上的綠藻球小藝瓶的陪伴，獲得些許壓力紓解，保持愉悅的好心情😊，順利完成每件工作，用滿滿正能量迎接每一天💚

🌱 2025 Employee Health Promotion Activity｜Nature-Inspired Marimo Micro-Terrarium Workshop 🌱
To promote the physical and mental well-being of our staff, our hospital held the “Marimo Micro-Terrarium Stress Relief Workshop ☘️” yesterday (13th). We were delighted to invite Little Sun Diary Social Worker 🌞— Chiu Yu-Ting, who delivered a wonderful stress-relief session that filled the afternoon with warmth and laughter 😆.
On this lightly drizzling afternoon 🌧️, 28 enthusiastic colleagues set aside their work📑 and gathered to create their own “green micro-universe”💫—carefully assembling tiny marimo balls 🦠, gravel 🪨, and glass jars 🫙. Through the process of mindful creation🧐, their busy minds and bodies were able to pause, regaining a sense of calm and a steady rhythm of breathing 🎵.
The handcraft terrarium workshop received overwhelmingly positive feedback 👏. The organizing team hopes that amidst everyone’s busy workdays 🤯, the little marimo terrarium on their desks will bring moments of stress relief, help maintain a cheerful mood 😊, and support them in completing every task with positive energy—welcoming each new day with a refreshed mind 💚.

【💉流感疫苗接種不停歇，守護官兵健康不鬆懈💪】
為防止流感漫延，確保官兵健康，本院於今（6）日上午派遣醫護團隊前往國防大學復興崗校區，支援流感疫苗接種作業。

本院遴派6位醫護同仁組成專業團隊，不僅提供現場衛教與接種引導，更親自投入施打疫苗行列，展現滿滿的行動效率與專業熱忱🔥。

在團隊默契與各單位配合下，短短數小時內順利完成234人次接種，為官兵健康築起堅實防線💪。謝謝所有辛勞付出的醫護與行政夥伴，也感謝復興崗營區全體師生及官兵的支持與配合，三總北投分院將持續用行動守護國軍與社區健康❤️

【💉 Flu Vaccination in Full Swing — Safeguarding the Health of Our Service Members 💪】
To prevent the spread of influenza and protect the health of our service members, the Tri-Service General Hospital Beitou Branch dispatched a medical team to the Fu Hsing Kang Campus of National Defense University this morning (Nov. 6) to support the flu vaccination program.
A total of six medical professionals were selected to form a dedicated team, providing on-site health education, vaccination guidance, and hands-on inoculation services — demonstrating both efficiency and professional dedication 🔥.
Thanks to seamless teamwork and the cooperation of all units, 234 vaccinations were successfully completed within just a few hours, strengthening the defense line for our military personnel 💪.
We sincerely thank all hardworking medical and administrative staff, as well as the faculty, students, and service members at the Fu Hsing Kang Campus for their support and cooperation.

🎨【醫苑藝徑｜卓淑倩老師創作個展－靜謐流光】
本院「醫苑藝徑」藝廊114年第四季展覽，特別邀請卓淑倩老師以《靜謐流光》為主題，舉辦創作個展，展期自11月5日起為期三個月，誠摯邀請民眾蒞臨欣賞。

卓淑倩老師現為國防醫學大學通識課程兼任講師，自幼在山明水秀的南投魚池鄉長大，對大自然觀察入微，其作品筆觸細膩與色彩飽滿，創作風格橫跨具象與抽象之間，極富創造力，將自然景觀、動物意象與人文情感交織融合，不斷地在繪畫形式和創作理念上力求嘗試與突破，每每能展現令人驚豔的成果，展現對生命的深刻感悟與美學思考。

卓老師長期投入藝術教育與創作，並以多元視角探索人類情感與存在意義，作品中沉靜的氛圍裡，又帶有靈動的光影，令人感受藝術療癒的力量，也為醫院沉悶的空間注入一股溫柔而深遠的藝術氣息。

🎨 [Art in the Healing Garden | Solo Exhibition by Professor Cho Shu-Chien – “Serene Radiance”]
The “Art in the Healing Garden” gallery of our hospital proudly presents its 2025 fourth-quarter exhibition, featuring Professor Cho Shu-Chien’s solo exhibition “Serene Radiance.” The exhibition will be on view for three months starting November 5, and we sincerely invite everyone to visit and appreciate her beautiful works.
Professor Cho Shu-Chien currently serves as a part-time lecturer in the General Education Program at the National Defense Medical Center. Having grown up in the picturesque township of Yuchi, Nantou, she developed a deep sensitivity toward the natural world. Her works are characterized by delicate brushwork and rich colors, blending realism and abstraction with great creativity. By intertwining elements of natural landscapes, animal imagery, and human emotions, she continuously experiments and innovates in both form and concept—producing stunning pieces that reflect profound insights into life and aesthetics.
