三三企業交流會於12月17日舉行例會，並邀請印度台北協會代理會長偉敏慧以「當浪潮交會：全球結構變局下的印度—台灣經濟新契機」為題發表專題演講。偉敏慧代理會長指出，在當前全球供應鏈重組的趨勢下，印度與台灣應相互視為具備互補優勢的策略夥伴，攜手因應國際經貿環境的變化。

三三會理事長林伯豐則表示，印度為全球成長最快的經濟體之一，是台灣產業的天然夥伴。他期望台灣與印度能夠攜手拓展合作領域，為台印度企業創造更多商機。

The Third Wednesday Association held its regular meeting on December 17 and invited Ms. Vishwanjali Murlidhar Gaikwad, Acting Director General of the India Taipei Association, to deliver a keynote speech titled “India-Taiwan Economic Convergence: Structural Shift and Emerging Opportunities.” Ms. Gaikwad highlighted the need for India and Taiwan to look at each other as valuable strategical partners with complementary strengths, in the context of the current global supply chain realignment.

Chairman Lin Po-feng emphasized India’s position as one of the world’s fastest-growing economies, making it a natural partner for Taiwanese industry. He expressed hope that Taiwan and India can work hand in hand to expand areas of cooperation and create more business opportunities.

在全球供應鏈重組與印度內需市場快速崛起的趨勢下，國際企業正加速布局印度。印度泰倫加納邦與台灣忠實集團於 12 月 9 日完成「ITIP 台商工業園區」落地簽署，象徵園區正式啟動，為台商在南印度建立長期基地邁出關鍵一步。這也是忠實集團今年在印度推動的第三個園區。未來 ITIP 將成為台商從製造設廠、供應鏈配套到市場拓展的重要平台，進一步深化台印產業合作。泰倫加納邦首府海得拉巴匯聚多家跨國科技企業。州長於簽署時表示歡迎台商深耕當地，並承諾在政策、行政與招商協調上提供全力支持，以加速 ITIP 建設並吸引更多台商落地發展。

Amid global supply chain shifts and the rise of India’s domestic market, international companies are accelerating their investments. On December 9, Telangana and Taiwan’s Allegiance Group signed the ITIP Taiwan Industrial Park agreement, marking an important step in establishing a long-term base for Taiwanese businesses in South India. This is the Group’s third industrial park initiative in India this year, and ITIP is expected to support manufacturing, supply chain integration, and market expansion for Taiwanese companies. Hyderabad, the capital of Telangana, is home to numerous global technology firms. During the signing ceremony, the Chief Minister welcomed Taiwanese investment and pledged full policy and administrative support to accelerate ITIP’s development and attract more Taiwanese enterprises.

印度國家地震預警資料接收中心日前正式啟用，其中核心系統「P 波警報器」正是由台灣國家災害防救科技中心協助建置。這不只是科技合作，更是雙邊攜手守護人民安全的重要里程碑。台灣災防科技中心主任陳宏宇表示，台灣與印度同樣位於地震頻繁的地帶，雙方共享經驗、深化合作，能有效降低災害帶來的衝擊。印度地球科學部和國家地震中心的官員也一致肯定台灣的協助，並期待未來在數據共享、技術研發、災防韌性等領域有更多合作。

The National Earthquake Early Warning Data Receiving Centre in India was recently inaugurated, and its core system—the “P-Alert” —was developed with support from Taiwan’s National Science and Technology Center for Disaster Reduction (NCDR). This collaboration is not only a technological partnership, but also an important milestone in the joint effort to protect public safety.

NCDR Director Chen Hong-Yu stated that Taiwan and India are both located in earthquake-prone regions, and that sharing experience and deepening cooperation can effectively reduce the impact of disasters. Officials from India’s Ministry of Earth Sciences and the National Center for Seismology also expressed their appreciation for Taiwan’s assistance and look forward to further collaboration in areas such as data sharing, technological development, and disaster-resilience enhancement.

印度商工部次長 Amardeep Singh Bhatia及台灣經濟部政務次長江文若於12月3日在臺北共同主持「第18屆臺印度次長級經貿對話會議」，雙方同時於會中簽署臺印度醫療產品法規領域合作備忘錄，並見證印度國際金融服務中心管理局與台灣金管會交換合作備忘錄，為臺印度多元合作開啟新的里程碑。

On 3rd December, India’s Secretary DPIIT, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Mr. Amardeep Singh Bhatia, and Taiwan’s Deputy Minister of Economic Affairs, Ms. Cynthia Kiang, jointly chaired the 18th India-Taiwan Economic Consultations (ITEC) Meeting. During the meeting, both sides signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in the Field of Medical Product Regulations, and also witnessed the exchange of an MOU on Financial Cooperation between India’s International Financial Services Centres Authority and Taiwan’s Financial Supervisory Commission, marking a new milestone in the diversification of India-Taiwan cooperation.

在印度投資招商機構 Invest India 協助台灣不織布產業組團赴印度考察。公會理事長簡嘉菁表示，印度未來十年的經濟成長潛力驚人，基礎建設與製造需求持續擴大，是全球最值得投入的新興市場之一。她指出，台灣擁有成熟技術與完整供應鏈，若能結合印度的巨大市場與成長動能，必能創造雙贏機會。

此次訪問不僅強化台印產業鏈的連結，也展現台灣深化南亞布局的決心。公會預計明年第一季再度組團，持續與印度單位合作，推動技術交流與商機拓展，全面提升台印經貿夥伴關係。

With support from Invest India, Taiwan’s nonwoven fabrics industry formed a delegation to visit India. Association Chairperson Jia-jing Jian highlighted India’s remarkable economic potential in the coming decade, noting its rapidly growing infrastructure and manufacturing demand, which make India one of the world’s most promising emerging markets. She emphasized that Taiwan’s mature technologies and integrated supply chains, combined with India’s large market and strong growth momentum, can create excellent win–win opportunities.

The visit strengthened industry linkages and underscored Taiwan’s commitment to deepening engagement in South Asia. The Association plans another delegation in the first quarter of next year to continue collaborating with Indian partners, promote technical exchange, and further enhance Taiwan–India economic cooperation.

國科會於11月17日在臺北召開「第13屆臺印科技聯席會議」，由國科會副主委陳炳宇與印度科學技術部次長Abhay Karandikar共同主持。

印度台北協會代理會長偉敏慧也出席並發表致詞，期盼雙方科技的友好合作，並就彼此之科技政策進行交流。國科會副主委陳炳宇則指出，印度是台灣科技及經貿夥伴，雙邊在新興科技及創新發展亦具有高度共識，未來將共推台印在 AI 領域的實質合作。

The National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) held the “13th India-Taiwan Joint Committee Meeting on Cooperation in Science and Technology” in Taipei on November 17, co-chaired by NSTC Deputy Minister Robin Bing-Yu Chen and India’s Department of Science and Technology (DST) Secretary Abhay Karandikar.

Acting Director General of the India Taipei Association, Ms. Vishwanjali Murlidhar Gaikwad, also attended and delivered remarks, expressing hope for strengthened scientific cooperation and policy exchanges between both sides. Deputy Minister Chen emphasized that India is an important technology and economic partner for Taiwan, and that the two sides share a strong consensus on emerging technologies and innovation development. He added that Taiwan and India will further advance practical cooperation in the field of AI in the future.

忠實集團與印度安德拉邦政府於11月13日簽署合作備忘錄，啟動「印度黃金十年」計畫，未來10年將打造兩座台商工業園區，帶動逾8億美元投資並創造超過6.5萬個就業機會，成為台商深耕南印度的重要基地。

忠實集團指出，安德拉邦是南印度科技與製造核心，台商不能只做製造，更要掌握14億人口的龐大市場。州長Naidu表示，這項投資將推動AI、電子、電動車、農業與生技等五大產業發展，並使安德拉邦成為連結全印度的產業樞紐。現在正是台商進軍印度、贏得新市場的最佳時機。

Taiwan’s Allegiance Group signed an MoU with the Government of Andhra Pradesh on November 13, launching the “India Golden Decade” initiative. Over the next ten years, both sides will develop two industrial parks for Taiwanese companies, generating over US$800 million in investment and creating more than 65,000 jobs in South India.

Allegiance Group highlighted Andhra Pradesh’s strategic position as a major tech and manufacturing hub, stressing that Taiwanese businesses should look beyond manufacturing and tap into India’s 1.4 billion–strong consumer market. Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu said the investment will boost five key sectors—AI, electronics, EVs, agriculture, and biotechnology—positioning the state as a gateway to the Indian market. Now is the perfect moment for Taiwanese companies to enter India and succeed in this fast-growing market.
