整合空投測試 IADT-02 任務已圓滿完成，標誌著距離「天空之船 (Gaganyaan G1)」載人太空船的目標又向前邁進了一大步。「天空之船」是由印度太空研究組織 (ISRO) 研發的載人太空船，目標是將三名太空人送入低地球軌道 (Low Earth Orbit)。

在本次測試中，一個重量約 5.7 公噸的模擬乘員艙 (Crew Module Simulant)，由印度空軍的 Chinook直升機吊掛至約 3 公里高度後，於薩里哈里柯塔 (Sriharikota) 附近海域上空釋放。下降過程中，由四種類型組成的共十具降落傘依序展開，成功將艙體減速並完成安全海上濺落，隨後由印度海軍協助完成 回收作業。

Another milestone on the road to Gaganyaan G1. Gaganyaan, meaning "sky craft" in Hindi, is ISRO's human spaceflight spacecraft under development. It is designed to carry up to three astronauts to low Earth orbit.

A 5.7-tonne simulated Crew Module was lifted to about 3 km by an Indian Air Force Chinook and released over the sea near Sriharikota. During descent, ten parachutes of four types deployed in sequence, slowing the module for a safe splashdown and recovery by the Indian Navy.

印度台北協會會長德寧瀚 4 月 26 日出席汐止「2026 印度文化節」。活動由新北市政府與台北印度愛樂文化館主辦，以「印度電影」為題，內容包含華麗遊行、傳統點燈，以及台印藝術家聯手演出的寶萊塢、婆羅多舞及西塔琴演奏等。現場另有印度美食和手繪市集、傳統紗麗體驗及台印合作電影《叫我驅魔男神》放映，讓民眾體驗濃厚的南亞風情。

Director General Ninad Deshpande of ITA joined the 25th Indian Cinema Cultural Festival in Xizhi on April 26. Themed “Indian Cinema,” the event was hosted by the New Taipei City Government and the Taipei India Music & Culture Center. Highlights included a colorful parade, traditional lighting ceremonies, and joint performances of Bollywood dance and Sitar. With food stalls, Henna art, Saree experiences, and a screening of the India-Taiwan co-produced film “The Demon Hunters,” the festival offered a true taste of Indian culture.

印度近期推動新版勞動法，針對薪資結構與工時制度進行調整：
• 落實底薪佔比： 規定底薪必須佔總薪資 50% 以上，旨在規範企業透過零碎津貼壓低投保薪資。
• 提升退休保障： 底薪比例拉高，雇主提撥的退休金與相關社會保險金額也隨之調升。
• 調整補償基準： 資遣費與離職補償金的計算也將因底薪提供而增加。
• 提供工時彈性： 在維持每週總工時 48 小時的前提下，允許實施「週休三日」。
這項改革將使勞工的法定權益與離職後的保障規律更為明確。

India has recently introduced a new Labor Code to restructure wages and working hours. Key highlights include:
• Basic Salary: The “Basic Salary” must now account for at least 50% of total pay. This aims to prevent companies from lowering statutory contributions by using various minor allowances.
• Retirement: With a higher basic salary, employer contributions to retirement funds and social security will increase accordingly.
• Compensation: Severance pay and gratuities will also increase, as they are calculated based on the now-higher basic salary.
• Flexible Working Hours: The new code allows for a “four-day work week,” provided the total weekly limit of 48 hours is maintained.

印度台北協會於 4 月 16 日攜手台灣紡拓會、產紡協會及印度工業總會（CII）舉辦產業交流研討會。印度台北協會會長德寧瀚出席致詞時表示，印度與台灣在紡織領域具廣泛合作機會，特別在強韌供應鏈、技術性紡織品、永續製造，以及產業之間的合作。活動亦邀請 Lakshmigraha 集團執行長 Gopikumar 出席，他強調與臺商合作的強烈意願，並期盼攜手在南亞高成長市場中，打造無可取代的國際競爭優勢！

On April 16, ITA in collaboration with the Taiwan Textile Federation (TTF), the Taiwan Technical Textiles Association (TTTA) and the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), hosted a textile industrial cooperation seminar. DG ITA Ninad Deshpande delivered remarks highlighting opportunities for India–Taiwan collaboration in textiles through resilient supply chains, technical textiles, sustainable manufacturing, and greater industry-to-industry partnerships. The event also featured Mr. Gopikumar, CEO of the Lakshmigraha Group, who expressed strong interest in partnering with Taiwanese businesses to build a competitive edge in the fast-growing South Asian market.

On 14th April, the India Taipei Association pays heartfelt tributes to Bharat Ratna Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar on his birth anniversary.
