Founded by Franco and his wife Sylvia in 1984, LA'PEAU is a top herbal skin care brand in France. At the beginning of the establishment, it was just a small laboratory in the center of Paris. Due to their keen interest in natural herbs, they began to manufacture natural skin care products and re-interpreted the formula handed down from the royal families and tested in rustic tradition for a long term. After the embryonic stage, the skin care products from the laboratory had been broadly accepted by some friends and customers. In 1988, they decided to establish a place of sales outside the laboratory, which contributed to LA'PEAU's future success and the opportunity of growth. LA'PEAU was born at this time. LA’PEAU來自法國頂級的草本保養品牌，是由Franco 和他的太太Sylvia創立於1984年，設立之初只是一間位於paris市中心的一間小小的實驗室。基於夫妻兩人對天然草本植物的熱愛，他們開始製造天然美容保養品，重新詮釋了從皇室家族中流傳下來及鄉野傳統裡已經過長期考驗的配方。當經過了草創的階段，實驗室所生產的保養品已穩定的受到一些朋友及顧客的肯定，在1988年決定於實驗室之外另建銷售地點，這個決定造就了LA’PEAU日後的成功及成長的契機， LA’PEAU也就是在此時誕生。
