成立於1988年。公司主力產品為醫療影像儲存與傳輸系統（PACS）、放射科資訊管理系統（RIS）、生理檢查影像報告系統、遠距會診平台以及電子病歷平台；主要法人股東有宏碁智融集團之智玖創投、龍一創投、工研院轉投資之創新工業技術移轉公司及台達資本股份有限公司，董事長由盤龍(文龍)擔任，總經理為陳奇材. 資本額為2億元。PACS係指將各種醫療攝影裝備中攝得的影像，通過數位化傳輸，使診間、病房、開刀房、急診等可即時查詢就醫者影像，大幅提高醫師診斷效率與品質，並減少醫療廢棄物，降低醫院成本。 

　　商之器研發之PACS於2001年即獲得美國FDA上市許可，2004年通過國內醫療器材GMP評鑑。此外，該公司為台灣第一家，得以進入國際組織DICOM協會，參與制定標準的民間業者。

　　商之器業務範圍遍及台灣、中國、日本、東南亞及美國等地，主要客戶包含國內外各級醫院及儀器大廠等。在台灣的PACS市占率為32％，63家醫院採用，另由衛生署推動的影像判讀中心（IRC）、影像交換中心（IEC）、電子病歷交換中心 (EEC) 亦由該公司承接。

　　在大陸市場方面，已成功建置於數十家大型知名醫院。並有超過 400 家醫院使用。日本方面，超過800家的醫療院所使用。東南亞方面，透過總代理模式，成功地取得泰國市場領導地位，已開發建置75家醫療院所，目前也積極拓展美國市場

UDE（全方位診斷環境）迎來全新功能更新，正式支援 3D 檔案顯示，協助醫師進行更直覺、更精準的臨床評估。
🔍 3D 檔案顯示支援
UDE 現已支援以下 3D 檔案格式：
• OBJ + MTL
3D 模型可 直接匯入 UDE，並於系統中自由 固定（pin）、旋轉與調整位置，提供更靈活的視覺化操作體驗。
適用臨床情境包含：
• 外科手術術前評估（Pre-op Evaluation）
• 術前／術後影像與模型比較分析
• 醫學美容與整形治療規劃
此次更新進一步強化 UDE 作為整合型診斷平台的價值，協助醫療團隊提升視覺判讀能力與臨床決策效率。

We’re excited to announce a new update to UDE (Ubiquitous Diagnostic Environment) with expanded support for 3D file visualization, enabling more advanced and intuitive clinical evaluations.
🔍 3D File Display Support
UDE now supports direct visualization of 3D models in the following formats:
• OBJ + MTL
3D models can be imported directly into UDE and freely pinned, rotated, and positioned within the diagnostic environment.
Clinical applications include:
• Pre-operative surgical evaluation
• Pre- and post-operative comparison and assessment
• Aesthetic and cosmetic medicine planning
This update further strengthens UDE’s role as a flexible, all-in-one diagnostic environment, supporting more precise visualization and clinical decision-making.

By using advanced language models to extract semantic features from unstructured reports and aligning them with image model representations, M2R enables the model to learn the clinical knowledge embedded in reports—without requiring massive manual labeling.
