Employee wellbeing remains our top priority. To promote healthy habits, the Taiwan site launched the 7,000 Step Challenge early this year, motivating colleagues to stay active daily. Ninety four employees participated, with 78% completing 7,000 steps for 30 consecutive days and 8% reaching 6,000 steps creating a remarkable testament to our team’s commitment and spirit.

Participants who met the goal received a Taiwan LV bag, symbolizing the hardworking, humble, and resilient. More than a reward, it reflects the cultural pride and spirit of Taiwan.
